McCormick Rankin has compiled information regarding operating arterial HOV lanes. This is in support of the Transportation Research Board's HOV Committee Arterial Applications Subcommittee www.hovworld.com

A summary listing for each area is provided, as well as (where information is available) a project summary sheet for each facility.

The database and summary sheets continue to be updated as information becomes available and resources permit. Any new information from practitioners is welcomed, sent to hovtdm@mrc.ca

Note that this database focuses on priority lanes which are used by buses, carpools, and vanpools. Spot treatments (e.g. ramp meter bypass lanes) and bus-only facilities are not included at this time.
