As transportation infrastructure experts, MRC has long recognized the advantage of alternative delivery mechanisms for appropriate projects. Such approaches can include design/build, design/build/finance, design/build/finance/operate, etc. We have worked both on the consortium side in designing and building infrastructure and on the owner’s side as independent engineers, owner’s representatives or program managers. The types of projects we have been involved in include major toll highways, transit projects, individual bridges, and large water supply initiatives with project values up to $ 600 M.
