As transportation infrastructure experts, MRC has long recognized the advantage of alternative delivery mechanisms for appropriate projects. Such approaches can include design/build, design/build/finance, design/build/finance/operate, etc. We have worked both on the consortium side in designing and building infrastructure and on the owner’s side as independent engineers, owner’s representatives or program managers.
