MRC has considerable expertise in undertaking both qualitative and quantitative risk assessments on a broad range of transportation projects. We undertake comprehensive risk assessments on major projects using the MRC Risk Evaluation and Cost Assessment Process (MRC RECAP).

MRC RECAP is initiated within a structured risk management workshop and includes a validation of the base project cost and schedule, the assessment of the uncertainty in the cost and schedule, the identification and ranking of the key risks and opportunities for the project and the ongoing systematic tracking and resolution of the risks and opportunities within a risk register.
